Custom Pop will resemble the picture as close as possible. This is a handmade item so variations will occur. Skin tones can not be matched exactly to the actual person as all monitors display tone differently and pictures can be over or under exposed. Custom Pops are not returnable. All sales final. All artistic illustrations, color schemes, outfits, etc. are artist’s conceptions and are not intended to be an actual depiction. All designs are interpretations.
